Is the “X” in “Xitheads” pronounced like “xzitheads” or like “jhitheads”?

I usually pronounce ‘x’ as an ‘sh’ like the native Mexican language of Nahuatl.
Also like the X in Pinyin (eg. “Chairman Xi”)
