    Tbh I’d never heard of RED until they came out with their phone which didn’t actually have any of their camera tech.

      Only reason I know of them is because of tech YouTubers making videos about it. I think namely Linus and mkbhd.

      I didn’t even realize that was supposed to be the same RED until your comment. The phone is actually pretty great for the price.

      The process of buying a sensor for a phone then developing computational photography is different from making a digital cinema cam. I wasn’t :o that the cam in the Red phone wasn’t as 👍 as an iPhone’s cam.
