My current browser is DuckDuckGo because I like to use it to protect my privacy on the Web.
I heard word about Vivaldi being a popular browser for Fediverse users but I never tried it.
I’m not sure which one is necessarily better.

Let them use a chromium based browser if they want.With that being said, vivaldi if you are power user, if not it can still be used for simple purposed if you give it a minute.
I for one once had a setup where i removed the tab bar (which can be hori or verti or even at the bottom) and navigated tabs via the windows bar to the left.
