Yall got reading issues. It says one of the dealerships sold 1200 in a single day.
4 dealerships total were involved, so 1200 was probably the lesser of the 4.
8600 from 4 dealerships in 3 days, or 12 dealership-days. So, about 700 per dealership per day on average. The 1200 in one day is likely the max, which is typical for these kind of statements.
I suppose they can offload a lot of them into the ocean or something like that. But still too fast.
